Ballancer® USA General Manager
Job Description
Ballancer® USA is seeking dynamic, entrepreneurial, and systems-oriented General Manager (GM) to lead our US operations through a critical scaling phase.
As the GM of the company, you will be responsible for transforming our current success into a sustainable, scalable infrastructure. You will oversee the integration of sales strategy and operational excellence, ensuring that as our market footprint grows, our internal capabilities keep pace.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the aesthetic medical device, or wellness technology sector and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Infrastructure Development
- Collaborate with Ballancer® USA CEO and Mego Afek’s CEO to define the U.S. growth roadmap.
- Design and implement scalable operational workflows and systems that support rapid growth while integrating with the HQ operations to streamline processes.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain, including inventory management, logistics, and local distribution.
- Ensure world-class post sales support, including technical support and customer success programs.
- Manage the company P&L, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Sales & Revenue Leadership
- Build and manage a high-performing nationwide sales organization.
- Execute a long-term sales growth plan, including building and implementing sales capabilities and structure to support it.
- Execute go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor KPIs and sales forecasts to ensure revenue targets are exceeded.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Serve as the primary bridge between Ballancer USA and Mego Afek.
- Work with the Ballancer® USA CEO to ensure brand alignment and market positioning.
- Manage the on-going reporting to the ownership team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 3–5 years in a GM or Director-level role within the Aesthetic, Med-Tech, or Premium Wellness industries, as a preference.
- Proven experience taking a company or division from "startup mode" to a structured organization.
- Strong understanding of US logistics, medical aesthetics, and sales operations.
- Exceptional ability to manage stakeholders’ relationships to leverage the company’s success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
